At Nature Room, we are proud to accept referrals for social prescribing, offering a natural and nurturing environment for individuals to enhance their mental and physical well-being. Our unique programs provide an ideal complement to traditional healthcare, allowing healthcare professionals to refer individuals who may benefit from alternative therapeutic support. Whether through our mindfulness sessions, bushcraft activities, or creative therapies, we work closely with local health services and community organizations to ensure that those referred to us receive tailored care and the opportunity to thrive. Our evidence-based approaches help participants build resilience, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection to themselves and nature, supporting their overall recovery and growth.

Working Away Days

We can offer team-building and work-away days tailored to your organisations needs and abilities. Designed to enhance mental and physical well-being while fostering stronger team connections, our programs provide an engaging alternative to traditional corporate activities. Whether through mindfulness days, bushcraft activities, or creative team challenges, our evidence-based approaches help teams build resilience, reduce stress, and develop a deeper connection to each other and the natural world, creating a foundation for improved collaboration, innovation, and workplace harmony.

Schools

We provide a nurturing and natural environment for both school groups and individual pupils, aimed at supporting their mental and emotional well-being. Our programmes are designed to enhance the educational experience by helping students build resilience, reduce stress, and develop a deeper connection with nature. Whether through group activities such as outdoor exploration, mindfulness, and creative pursuits, or through one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs, we offer flexible and personalised support. In close collaboration with schools, parents, and local health services, we ensure each pupil benefits from evidence-based approaches, including bushcraft, creative therapies, and nature-based learning, enabling them to thrive both within and beyond the classroom.
